The nails for paintbrushes that we supply are made of nickel-plated steel for the best strength, but on request we can also offer this nails in stainless steel. The head of the nail is rounded and the stem can be smooth or knurled to improve the grip of the nail on the handle of the paintbrush.
We produce both two-component epoxy adhesive and two-component polyester adhesive for paintbrushes. These are suitable for bonding both natural bristle and synthetic filaments to the ferrules. Our direct experience allow us to study a formula that optimizes the penetration of the adhesive between bristles of the paintbrush with optimal cure time. Moreover, we offer custom formulation to meet your product requirements in cure time and viscosity.

Our spacer plugs are packed in rolls with a diameter of 600mm.

The single “C folded”, heat-shrinkable film is made of PVC with a thickness of 25 microns (other options available on request), which is well suited to the needs of machinability and aesthetics in the packaging of the paintbrush.
